FAVORITES FROM FEBRUARY'S 10 FOR $10

We had a great time tonight at the 10 for $10. Besides the card-making, I really enjoy the social aspects of the events that I hold in my home. It's really so much fun visiting with everyone.

These are a few of my favorites from tonight's 10 for $10. We made cards using three different stamp sets (Birthday Whimsy, Be Happy, Farm Fresh), sticking with the same color theme for each set. The cards shown above are my favorites from each stamp set. Samples of all the cards can be viewed in my Split Coast Stampers gallery (see the link on the left). I probably won't have everything posted there until Sunday evening.

Since I had some newer stampers and some experienced stampers, I actually made two versions of each card. I will showcase both versions in my Split Coast gallery. It's pretty cool to see how you can take a more basic card and spice it up with a few extra steps.

10 FOR $10 SNEAK PEEK

This is a sneak peek at one of the cards we will be making at the 10 for $10 next week. I have a couple of openings still available for this event. If you would like to attend and haven't already registered, please RSVP no later than Saturday, February 16th. The 10 for $10 will be held next week on Thursday, February 21st at 6:00 p.m. at my house. We will make 10 cards, cost is $10. Please bring your own adhesive or purchase from me for $3.50.
